Maybe a indoor City Square and, by the time its built, we might even have some history and have a museum incorporated as well

Haha yeah few trophies to display, I think that whole area could be under a roof with links to the car parks and tram from the 2nd, 3rd tier of the new North stand. A bit like the Printworks in my head.
 
Ideally.

A single tier, with a huge space below extending back to where the souvenir shop currently is, that could house a stage(new City Square), a large souvenir shop, numerous food and drink units(KFC, MacDonalds, etc), so fans can eat and drink inside, staying dry and warm.

I can only dream that City and their Architect have that kind of vision.
 
I went on a self-guided tour of the Santiago Bernabau in Madrid last year. You basically walk round the ground following arrows, IKEA style and there are displays/videos in each zone etc. I enjoyed it and of course, it ends up in the huge club shop. We could do something similar with a bit of vision if the North Stand was expanded to incorporate the shop, City Sq and restaurants, bars etc.

Surely there can't be any doubt about the owners and supporting teams vision? It's a shame really that the circumstances at the time wouldn't let them build from scratch and then remove the present stadium, I'd have loved to have seen what they'd have come up with.

I think they do, but also think a single tier isn't really possible without having a season with an end closed, and we'll have to make do with a 2 tier version. Personally I don't think the difference between a large second tier and a single tier is all that, especially if we can make the existing bottom tier safe standing.

I hope not.

Having a huge building extending back to the shop space would be awful for people movement and dangerous in the event of an emergency.

Not quite sure about the dream vision of KFC and McDonalds right behind the stand either...

KFC/Macdonalds!! God I hope not. Be like some second rate OOT shopping centre. We have to be looking for better than that. Would only be open matchday anyway until rest of campus decided. City should make the money not some low end crap peddler.

Would be an ideal time to go official with the next phase of ground expansion. A statement to the world and the supporters that City are here to stay and are only going to get better.
