If the whole roof current cable net were to come off how long would it take? Could it be done in 3 -4 months anyone ?
If they do the North stand next and then 10 years down the road do both E & W stands then there won't be a cable net.Not really correct again. The corners are off limits due to the cable net. At most you can get an extra small block (a couple of hundred seats if that) or so in there while the net is in place.
About an hour with a cutting torch but three quarters of the roof would fall down.If the whole roof current cable net were to come off how long would it take? Could it be done in 3 -4 months anyone ?

I've not said that at all, I can't even see how it could be read as such? You’ve just been telling us how they don’t need to remove the cable net though and can be done like the SS. It was other people telling you they might need to get rid of it to do that :)
Oh not long then, might damage some of the seats on the way down so maybe another method would be better.About an hour with a cutting torch but three quarters of the roof would fall down.

If Putin attacks, the jobs done free of charge and jobs a good un.About an hour with a cutting torch but three quarters of the roof would fall down.
Better would be to put the rail seats from the South Stand in the N Stand and put slightly more compacted rail seats in the S Stand. Would be a miles better atmosphere with another 1000 or so in the S Stand lower. It really didn’t make sense to take out all these seats at the front of level 1, so bigger digital advertising boards could be installed.
What’s more important, additional revenue from bigger and cleaner advertising boards, or giving 1000+ more City fans the opportunity to watch City And Haaland?
Note: The terraces are still there. The seats could be put back in at any time!! This should be a priority for City next season, and until the North stand expansion is finished. If they want to, ity could take the L1 seats out again and reinstall the bigger digital advertising boards.

The extra leg room and space between the seats is just one of many reasons why the Etihad is regarded as a better stadium than OT and Anfield. Squeezing more seats in would be to the detriment of the Etihad stadium and the fans. Put the L1 seats back in. Expand the North by at least 6000 seats, which should be a minimum. If City then decide to put the larger digital advertising boards back on L1, fair enough.
The swamp is horrific if you are over 5ft 6!
You’ll need an Aston Villa fan if it’s graphic designing you want :)It would be good if someone on here was an architect or a graphic designer and could do mocks up
