I mean you can argue the facts but they do have a terrible human rights record.Terrorist crossings? Germany has recently opened it's doors to hundreds of thousands, arriving from all over the Middle East and North Africa, maybe they should be excluded
from the EU.
Low earnings? Check out wages in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland etc; etc;
Human rights? Many EU countries in Eastern Europe are active in erecting fences to block refugees, very inclusive, that.
I think everyone is just being beastly and nasty towards the Turks, and if we elect to stay, we should fight for their entry to be ratified, only about 500 would want to come here anyway.
I also didnt mean there earnings are lower than any of the other countries that have joined the EU recently but they are lower
I personally have nothing against Turkey or its people, My parents own a house out in Turkey and I have many Turkish friends due to going there

I read this as I wondered why Turkey was a major sticking point but I dont think much will change in the next 10 years anyway
