Quite interesting to see who actually voted against FFP. in 2013. Mostly smaller clubs of the time
Chelsea lol.
Does Evertons new ground have any bearing on ffp.
Meanwhile the rags go into a billion pounds debt and are not affected.

Not that it matters at all but these would be my rules if twas my choice. (just day dreaming to avoid work)

1. Each club must have to have enough money in the bank to cover any bills for 3 seasons. Prevent financial ruin.
2. Match day ticket costs can not go above a certain ceiling. Protect the match going fan.
3. Ownership must meet national business standards. Prevent anything criminal.
4. All earnings from TV should be shared equally across all teams in a division (not graded). Fairer longterm imo.
5. Owners can spend as much as they want on players. Encourage the rich to invest in the game.
6. No club can pay more than the average transfer of a player + some small % (based on previous 3 years). Slow the endless inflation of transfer fees.
7. Owners can spend as much as they want on the club in general. Encourage better facilities, experience, etc.
