Well, two and two sometimes makes four. He was about to have a medical today, everyone reporting it as a done deal....widely reported by all. Shit loads of articles come out online saying its awful, literally all the press writing opinion pieces. He cancels it all, calls the move off and says he's going to stay. It's a very logical presumption.

I might be wrong, but shit like that clearly influences people.

Seeing somebody play on a regular basis doesn't make you a good judge of player. Is he an experienced scout or a coach of good reputation? Anyhow he must be singing the right songs to him as he's staying put.
