I just read on the DailyMail that Levy is dragging the negotiations with Real for Bale because he wants to sign all the players they'll need to build the team and replace Bale first before selling Bale because if he sells Bale first and then tries to sign players, clubs we'll bleed them dry. I'm thinking that if this story is true, that Levy and Real have already come to an agreement to sell Bale but Levy asked them to wait for him to get his transfers in first.

When does the Spanish season start? I assume Madrid would want Bale at least a couple of weeks beforehand.
