Why was it OK for the BBC chief football writer to say what he did about the Leicester City chairman helicopter crash ?

I'm not saying sexual misbehaving is acceptable it's not and it should be taken extremely seriously.

Odd how some things are swept under the carpet and some things arent
 
It took Diane Abbott about 10 seconds to have the BBC Sunday program backpedaling and apologising after accusing Wallace of “assaulting women and touching them up”!!

What a fucking idiot he is… Why didn’t Wallace just track down the biggest lion in the world and stick his head in its mouth. “Women of a certain age”
Wallace is obviously widely disliked and I’d say he is exactly what he is - an unreformed ex barrow-boy who’s been incredibly lucky but his career is now down the pan. No-one likes him - he’s Millwall (literally)

The honest answer is because it was probably true.

I actually know quite a bit about the backstory to that (the inadvertent recoding, not the truth of what was said) and it paints Roan in an even worse light than is generally understood. He is a truly poisonous ****.

So it begs the question as to why Roan wasn't sacked.

The BBC clearly doesn't have a clear policy of behaviour.
What Roan said is OK because it might to true.
What Wallace said is not OK because it was meant in humour ? ( I don't really know what he said )

I think it's getting to the stage where no one knows what can and can't be said.
That Lawson woman uses loads of innuendos.
Even the mere cats say Hollywood has a soggy bottom in that advert lol
