Harry Kane

The article stated quite clearly you have bought him, it also states you have a £200million shortfall due to the pandemic and questions if there is a connection with the Kane negotiations. Pep has also publicly stated he wants the Spurs striker (something he has never done before) and that he wants to make one more signing, add to that we need a centre forward plus the strike and you STILL think Kane is going nowhere? You maybe right but you would be guessing, personally I think this is going to continue to deadline day and if don’t sell you are going to have one unhappy player on your hands.
This debt really needs to stop being brought up, its a manageable long term debt, we bring in a lot more in stadium revenue than is owed back each year. It's perfectly normal for football clubs to operate with long term debt repayments to be made, it's a nice story for papers to run and Levy likes to use it as a negotiating tactic, but truth is we've spent more than ever since moving into the new stadium.

If we were strapped for cash and desperate the deal would of been done already, this is clearly not a smooth transfer, City don't want to pay over the odds, as a club generally I've been impressed with this about you lot, when a team/player is asking for too much you typically walk away. My belief is Kane was advised to not come back to training to put pressure on Levy to do a deal, it clearly has not worked and Kane is reluctant to completely ruin his relationship with the fans and continue his strike (although it may be too late for that).

Meanwhile back on planet earth
Well. Back on planet earth City are outraged because Spurs won’t sell at £100m because Kane’s brother says that how much he is worth and City think an alleged gentleman’s agreement supersedes a contract. The problem is you. Not us.

No wonder Levy won’t talk to you lot until you get some grown ups involved.

Grown ups ? Anyone watch Levy act like a love struck schoolgirl with Maureen during All Or Nothing ?

Not entirely true , Villa were trying to get an auction going between two or three clubs which they were perfectly entitled to do once City had bid £100 million

You can’t have an auction when there is a buyout you have every club paying the buyout and then it’s up to Grealish!

Don’t think there’s much to be gleaned from looking at Spurs/Kane directly. Rather, what could prove more revealing are the machinations in Italy. For example, Spurs have people out discussing Vlahovic from Fiorentina, but he would presumably only move to London if Kane were leaving. Similarly, if Lukaku moves back to Chelsea, then Internazionale are likely to move for Vlahovic, or maybe even Dzeko, so that would leave Spurs in a jam in terms of finding a replacement that would allow Kane to leave this summer.

The kind of businesses Khaldoon runs don’t usually have to deal with small time little chairmen like Daniel Levy.

You paid of HMRC yet?

What are you on about ! No one at the club is outraged that Levy won't sell, where do you even get that from? No one at City thinks a gentlemen's contract supercedes a contract. You are making up things in your heard and believing them to be true.

City want Kane, Kane wants to come to City. Upto City, Kane and Spurs to figure out what can be done if at all. No one is blaming you for anything, stop acting like a forsaken lover.
