Fire service mate so we take what we need to complete it, think we are going to move onto the 60 minute stuff in the next few weeks, cant say im looking forward to it. How long do you get on your lunch break? Have you tried the max sports training? I've been alternating this with the upper body weight training since I completed Insanity for the second time. It's my new fave workout, 60 mins long.

Just get a decent Carb/protein meal down ya.
Go with about 60g Carbs and 30g Protein.
