Had a look at the T25 stuff tonight as my time is limited at the moment.

What are the likely results from this programme?

Very good. Done Insanity and T25.
Love them both but love the gamma workouts on T25.
Fantastic for people with limited time.
If you want T25 I can sort it for you. PM me. All I need is a 8gb memory stick.

Thanks for the offer mate but I've got them already. I had a bash at the first t25 workout last night but don't feel as though it worked me enough. It was the alpha cardio video.

Do you think there is any mileage in starting straight from Beta?

Stop following Tania then.

Or you could try Asylum. Or core speed (i think from T25) but be careful on the one handed burpees as you hurt your nose when you fuck up.

Insanity MAX 30 out very soon for anyone that is interested. Insanity in 30 mins. Interested to try that one myself.

For now I'm still with T25 and moved into Gamma Hybrid from Gamma. Lost 2.5 stone so far, want 3 by year end. Lost 3 inches from my chest and waist, 2 from my neck (!) and I fit into the same size jeans I was wearing as a teenager, which has meant a whole new wardrobe. Upper body, neck and arms, noticeably defined now. Got the bug for this now :)

Will be getting the t25 from ebay, is this ok to do in a standard living room or will it require more space? Cant wait to get into this....im a lard arse see.

Living room is fine for me. As long as you have a good 6 foot of space behind you for the burpees, and a couple of feet all around the mat for general movement, then its fine. Though I battled with with the Christmas tree and daughter's doll house for space this morning. Good luck, well worth it but the diet is as important as the exercise.

Did you get sorted with T25 blueboyforever? I don't have a link to it but am sure if you are struggling then someone can help.

Insanity MAX 30 out on 9th I believe. Good challenge for the new year I think, due to finish T25 in 2 weeks so will just do a few beta and gamma workouts again over Christmas to keep me moving, then plan on MAX 30 in the new year.

Finished Focus T 25 yesterday, 23 pounds lost over course of the 13 weeks in total for the whole Alpha, Beta, Gamma & Gamma Hybrid course. I will really miss it, definitely doing it again next year but will increase the dumbbell weights too I think.

Started Insanity MAX 30 today, my god that was a tough start! They replaced the Fit Test from the original insanity with a 30 minute cardio workout, where you record the time you 'max out' and have to take a break. Even with water breaks every five mins and coming straight off the back of T25, I only lasted until 7:11, but did make it through after that with only one modified move, and that was purely down to tiredness preventing me from doing tuck jumps! This feels much different to Focus T25, not least because this was a pure cardio workout and having spent the last 8 weeks doing the Gamma stuff of T25, I was used to primarily strength based training. Gonna be a good few weeks this!

Can anyone pm me a link or guide me as to the best place to access the t25,it looks expensive on e bay at £70 upwards but if thats the going rate then so be it?
Thanks in advance

Got my copy of max 30... My challenge for the new year!
Nice one, will be interested to hear what you think of it. Just done first week, forgot how kind focus is on your joints compared to insanity.

Yes insanity was hard on my knees, probably half my fault for not using a mat during the Plyo workouts.

Will report back in Jan when I get into it. Hope the new moves haven't gone too much like a dance class, as I thought that's what t25 was like

Finished Insanity MAX 30 yesterday, found it technically more challenging than either the original Insanity or Focus, but I also think that the structure (30 min workouts with regular water breaks) makes it less challenging in a way - easier to adapt to and work with, but not as hard as Insanity.

Still, I enjoyed it. Would do again. On average my MAX OUT times increased from around the 8 min mark to 15-18mins per workout, partly as you just get used to the video and know what to expect, but partly because it obviously does improve your ability and endurance.

I found a few of the moves quite hard to master, would not be a bad idea to practice form before you went for it with MAX 30, though I have come to the conclusion that I prefer using dumbbells to the weight of my own body to add resistance, its easier to master imo.

Straight back on to Focus T25 today though, have to keep active and I enjoyed T25 a lot last time around. Goal is to double the weights by gamma this time around. Need new pants again though, another size dropped, and actually bought a coat from M&S in size 'small'. As much diet as it is exercise I feel, but its all great fun.

I've been doing a few of these sessions at random in preparation for starting the programme.

Just done the Friday fight night session and found it very tough, but enjoyable.

So far I'm liking what I've seen.

The exercises seem to work your core very well

My lad is looking to start insanity, where have you guys been getting it from?
Any links via pm appreciated.....
