IPTV

Sky sports hd and bt is £32 a month on virgin £28 without hd! That's reasonable if you just paid for that and the broadband!

That's only legal televised games though if you want to watch all the games you need IPTV or kodi with certain repo's for options.
And with Sky you have to watch the rags and dippers every other week whereas iptv I can watch all our games and any other I wish to in any division. My mate is a Swindon fan bless him and can come round to watch them play unless proper football is on

I’m thinking of cancelling Sky TV as I’m paying over £100 a month - not including Broadband or BT (TNT) sports. If I go to BT TV who I currently have my broadband with I can get Sky Sports, TNT sports and a lot of the Sky premium channel for just over £50. This also includes Net Flix and sky movies for my wife.
My only hesitation is what the football will be like through a router? At the moment.I text my mate when City have scored and he’s a minute behind the live match. By the time he sees the goal it’s been ruled out by VAR :-) I was wondering if anyone has any good or bad experience of watching streamed live football. Also wondering if I can watch a match on an app if I ‘m away - though this will usually be BT for the Champions league.

I'm looking at IPTV but wary after my experience with Kodi a few years ago where I virtually had to reprogram the box every time I turned it on.

Sky trying to put my package up from £49 to £96 from next month.

Is there anything that can be purchased is ultra reliable? I have a 4k firestick with a few apps and stream most aways that I can't get to, usually ok but occasionally buffer and not always 100% reliable.
Nvidia Shield TV Pro, RealDebrid subscription and a reliable, fast VPN. Put the latest version of Kodi and choose a good build if you don't want to do it yourself. Aspire works good for me.

EDIT

This is assuming you have a fast fibre connection at home.

Turn your phone off.

If my phones on i will get a few text pings but i ignore them. A bit like piccadilly radio in the old days, ''OH NO or ITS A GOAL...
Exactly the same, I sometimes give it 60 secs as it could relate to anything in the game...foul, shit comment from Darke, a FFS etc but I have been caught out and a 'goal' message has come through while I've been reading slightly older stuff .....not anymore!!!!

A bit of advice please, can you use your own account on different firesticks, and will they work at other people's houses. Cheers
