A good post which lays out the fact it’s not completely black and white.
Laughable the English on here accuse us of only entering the 21rst century now when the fucking DUP props up their government.
Google them and donations to the Brexit campaign, then have a look at their dinasour denying shite!
I can just imagine Norris McWhirter reciting her stats.Maybe someone should nominate her to Guiness.
I do love a referendum and the will of the people being acted upon.
Well done the Irish.
I personally don't believe so, it should be a straight choice of whether they're willing to have a child or not, not whether they're only willing to have a child if the foetus meets certain criteria when fully formed. Would have preferred 10 weeks.Surely that’s the choice of the parents?

This is the first referendum i just didnt feel right in voting in now i voted for every other referendum just yesterday i didnt. I feel every woman has a right to choose what to do. In some cases i feel there needs to be maybe rules set on the abortion. I think we might have the cases were some women will do it as a lifestyle choice. I be a bit concerned in that regard. I fully agree with women who are raped or after a scan for medical reasons that it will cause harm to the woman or the unborn baby has too many problems. Just in some cases for lifestyle choices i would have my concerns.
I think we need to move away from this idea that there are sigmificant numbers of women who see abortion as a "lifestyle choice". Going for an abortion isn't a fun thing and it isn't preferable to using contraception. It's not an easy option to take and is in the vast vast majority of instances, a last resort in where contraception has failed, there's a serious lack of education, there's a problem with the pregnancy, or something more sinister has occurred. And you know what, sometimes it's just an honest mistake.
Also it takes two people to make a baby. And for every woman deemed to be using abortion as as some kind of easy option, there's a man involved too. It's just as easy for a man to take the view "oh it's ok, she can just get an abortion" as it is for a woman. In fact I'd say it's easier if anything, as he's the one that doesn't even have to go through it. The accusation of poor lifestyle choices shouldn't be resting squarely on the shoulders of women.
