They're not the net spend World Champions for nothing.Rhian Brewster to Crystal Palace for 25 million pounds plus a buyback option.
Is he this good or Liverpool are just something else when it comes to selling players
I'd go as far as to say that Brennan is more than fair, he often fights our corner.Being a Utd supporter doesn't bother me tbh. Brennan is as well but he's always been fair. It does beg the question as to why we don't have many City fan journalists reporting on us.
Koulibaly deal seems dead now... Fucking ADL.
Jules Koundé will hopefully be a good signing but I’m still not convinced about his size. I always prefer a bigger centreback to get some aerial and ground presence. A CB should never be pushed over and Koulibaly is a rock.
Koundé is destined to lose certain aerial battles and ground duels because he doesn’t have that big frame. There’s just no way of avoidig that.
I hope he’ll bulk up.
I dont understand the Kounde deal? i thought we wanted a leader at CB with experience, instead we are signing a player whos 21 years of age and an amazing prospect, But not really a leader.
IMO you can't have it both ways. Height may help with aerial duels but not being a beanpole won't be adverse to ground duels where shorter players tend towards being nippier and more manouverable.
ADL starting to panic

The sources i trust regarding transfer of city

Stones was nowhere near Koundé's level at Everton. He was poor for Everton the season before and we signed Stones because he was HG with good technical ability and banked on Pep to Stones at least get to do the basics consistently.Think we’ve given up on Koulibaly. According to reliable The Telegraph PSG are closing in.
Koundé will probably be our new centreback. I just pray he’s not another John Stones.
Chelsea posted loss of over 100 million in their last accounts. Has not stopped them spending a fortune. We seem pretty stuck on what we’re willing to pay for a CB. Can’t help but think FFP is in play here. We’re going to be looking at a replacement for Aguero soon plus the whole Messi thing. We normally return deliberate small profits as we reinvest in the squad so things might be tight looking at a 1-3 year plan. Especially if we’re having difficulty offloading.
Not sure it was good fortune or clever decisions but the missing out on Maguire, Sanchez and Jorginho was incredibly good from our club.well , the telegraph article which I posted states , city in principal won't overpay if they feel it is over priced - which has been the case for sanchez , maguire etc.
They clearly feel that for KK and ofcourse the history with the dick ADL is a factor for sure
So hopefully turns out the same way as it did when we "failed" to get Sanchez , Maguire and Jorginho.
40 million liraHopefully we’ll return with a lower offer.
