He fell over on the shocking pitch at one point, but other than that he looked no worse than Zaba and Nastasic, who have both been poor. We've been poor all over in defence, except possibly Kolarov. Souness is right he can't deal with a simple ball. He's a car crash and the rest of OUR team are nervous around him because of it. He does it time after time. He's not getting any better and it's only because the rest of the team are good players that we aren't losing time and again.

Enough with the excuses, he isn't good enough to play for Manchester City either at centre half or his more 'natural' position in midfield. He would stuggle to make the grade at Stoke.

Zab was our player of last season how many seasons before Garcia gets that title.
Not about one game. Garcia is consistently bad with the odd ok game.

The top and bottom of it is he isn't good enough for us and our league does not suit him.
We should sell in Jan and replace him with Matuidi who will only have 6 months on his contract.

It's not really because a player so clearly out of his depth would have made some massive errors. What makes him so out of his depth then?
In this game he's outmuscled Musa twice in the box and no-ones commented hardly. He missed a header badly but if Zaba hadn't played everyone on side it wouldn't even have been an issue.
Apparently EDS lads would be better than this though and Pellegrini is playing him just to "prove a point".
