Not yet but insightful posts such as yours are driving me towards it ;.)
no excuse for that shite if you`re not drunk. Nobody knows how good/bad Pants is because he`s not played enough, Its not knee-jerk with Hart , he`s been average to shit for almost a year. As for Pellegrini, just tell me what has he done to show you he`s an upgrade on Mancini ?

First things first. I was one of Bobs biggest supporters, a quick check of my post history will tell you that.

Secondly, I hold no particular brief for MP other than I'm died in the wool Blue and back any manager unless the point comes when he's unbackable.

Thirdly, Bob and MP obviously have a view on Pants because he predominantly warms the bench.

Fourthly, If Pants plays tomorrow, he'll have my 100 % support! just like anyone of our lads wearing the shirt.

Finally, why don't you get a sense of humour attempt a reasoned debate.
we`re so alike we could be brothers, weird.

I have a feeling that if Pants comes in he could really make the position his own. He is better than Hart at crosses. The save he made at Wembley v Chelsea was one I don't think Hart would have made. He has never let us down. He should be given a chance in my opinion. If he isn't now then he never will unless Hart messes up again.

Players should be picked on form and not reputation. At the moment Hart isn't in form and hasn't progressed at the rate the team has. It's a shame as I would like him to succeed but I fell that one way or another this will be his last season with us.

Pants isn't close to Hart in terms of ability. Drop Hart and how many games do you give Pants ? How many mistakes does he make before Hart's back in?

Put them both on the market and who do you think will attract the big clubs and the big fee ?

I think we all know the answer and there's a good reason for that

Do we drop Nasty, Vinny, Zabba ? They've all cost us goals this season.

Some on here need to grow a pair and take a balanced view. Some of the stuff on here is that embarrassing it makes me cringe. Hart out, Pellers out........YCFMIU.... bookmark this and come back to me when we're crowned champions next May............
Great post, agree with it all inc us being crowned champions.

Brilliant post Mr Davs 19, when, not if, we win the title they will all be eating humble pie. IMHO

Nope I rarely drink, I am on antibiotics to hopefully get me to the match tomorrow!! If you continue to read my posts you will see that I have ALWAYS said, this season, that we are going to win the title. Ask anyone. :-)

p.s. folks, if you see the St John's Ambulance taking away an old lady tomorrow from the front row of CB L1, please ignore them but just cheer twice as loudly to make up for me being missing. OK? Ta muchly :-)

"He's still the best. Right now is not his best moment but this happens," Zabaleta told BBC Sport.

"Sometimes Joe Hart, like any player, can make a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. It is impossible to be at the top level for 60 games a season over many years. Maybe sometimes [Lionel] Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo do it.

"But I've known Joe Hart for five years and have seen him playing at his best form and know that he is the best. The feeling for me and my team-mates is that, looking at him in the goal, I feel safe."
----------------------------------------------------

Great to see his team mates fully supporting him.

Zaba says... must be true.

I do agree with him, I think Hart has the minerals to sort himself out. He's not a robot so will suffer bad form, but as the old saying goes, form is temporary, class is permanent, Joe will be fine in time.

That's good. How long do we have to wait? He's not been 'fine' since 2011/12 season , so quite a long 'temporary' loss of form.

Come on, a guy like Zaba was hardly going to say anything else, was he? Hopefully he will be "fine in time" - the thorny question is whether that time is spent on the bench or not.

Hart needs taking out of the firing line for a game. I would invent an injury and send him on holiday for two weeks. No public humiliation of dropping him and the inquest that would follow. Let him play against Everton and for England them send him away to get his head sorted. We have West Ham away which Pantimillion is probably better suited to anyway then bring him back for the Chelsea game.

I was thinking the same. Play Hart against Everton and if he does well then stick with him; if he has another bad game bring Pantilimon in for the away at West Ham.

oh for fucks sake...

Agüero is certain about the goalkeeper's status at the club. "Joe Hart is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, we all know that," he says. "We can all have good and bad days. But he will, without a shadow of a doubt, come out bouncing and prove what a great goalkeeper he is."

"Come out bouncing"? Has he switched from Head and Shoulders to Vosene?

The goalkeeper is the jewel in the crown and getting at him should be almost impossible. It's the biggest sin in football to make him do any work.
Good luck For tomorrow Joe
