There's been some great quotes on TV over the years. Sports commentator Steve Ryder once said whilst covering the US Masters: “Ballesteros felt much better today after a 69.”
They used to have quotes of this nature on the back of match boxes in the 80s...Not sure if taken from the book of
Coleman's balls or possibly private eye magazine (after using google) which were a collection of gaffs named after commentator David Coleman
