I am so happy, i left the cesspit that the Labour party has become and i am so glad i did not vote for them for the first time ever.

My political position has not moved, the labour party has left me and thousands like me, Starmer, Reeves,creepy treeting, the abominable Akehurst and that fucking clown Phillipson are anathema to me and my ideals

Not much to it really.

He won a GE in a democratic process.

The alternative was five more years of the Tories; the alternative was never ever Jeremy Corbyn.
 
Obviously I come from a different place to you but what you say is true. Labour are doing what the conservatives would have done if they had any bottle. If the tories had attacked the blob, got rid of NHS England, took the winter fuel allowance etc. labour would have been up in arms. These things are only happening because we have the curious position of a labour government with a huge majority that can do whatever it wants.

He won a GE with a fully costed manifesto and then promptly chucked it in the bin. Introduced things they said they wouldn't and major things they never even mentioned.

To say they didn't know the scale of the debt further shows how irresponsible and incompetent they are

The are not delivering on the core values of a Labour administration you would (Labour voters) expect them to. As dishonest and corrupt as the Tories. The difference being you know that is what the Tories will do whereas Starmer has lied his way into power.

The Opposition - even a Government apparent - don't get anything like the briefings the actual Government get!

And even up to his last PMQs, Rishi Sunak was still trotting out his "you've never had it so good" lines.

It was obvious to all - well, maybe not you - that the first thing the new Government would have to do was audit the books.

I’d say that they are fully delivering, within the budget, something that we’ve missed for the last 8 years.

I’ll wait for the detail tomorrow for comment. Seems the media have stirred this up so much, using those who should be supported the most, causing them untold mental stress.

All in the battle to divide those that should know better.

Time and time again Starmer said we have a full costed manifesto (clearly not obvious to him and Reeves either then) as almost immediately they cut the WFA - not mentioned anywhere in the said manifesto. Then within days identified the £22bn black hole within hours of finding more money from somewhere to fund the train drivers and doctors.

I'd love to think that's true but the budget is already having to change as a direct result of Employers NI increases....

Also where will the funding come from to reorganise the NHS because believe me that is going to need hundreds of millions up front. There will be consultations (even more) reviews which don't come cheap.

You seem to spend a disproportionate amount of time on here slating all things Labour.

Guessing you had nothing to do when the Tories were rinsing the country for 14 years?

Wrong. As bad as Labour, our politics is broken, completely and utterly shattered.

When Cameron and Osborne came it the were just as bad if not worse I'm afraid.

We haven't had a decent politician for decades. The last decent MP IMO was Dennis Skinner.
