I have been in ketosis for four weeks now and have lost approx. 4 kilos, I also do intermittent fasting 16:8 which I find really easy apart from late night snacks. I love my food and I do miss late night nibbles but am mostly staying away from them. One thing that I find brilliant is bone broth, which is full of nutrients and good fats, so really fills you up as much as a full meal does.
When you start on something like this you wonder how sustainable it will be but at the moment I feel as if this is something I could do forever. We'll see ;-)
Anyway good luck to the rest of you and keep this thread going.

I've been just over a year now and still loving it.

I recently came out of keto for 2 weeks while I went to Berlin and indulged in beers, kebabs, ice cream etc and was pretty surprised that I was back in keto within 3 days once I'd removed the carbs and reintroduced fat and MCT oil.

I've been back in ketosis for just over a week now and once again, I feel incredible, and will be carrying on. I just function soo much better in keto, the mind clarity, the better mood, better sleep and just that general clean feeling around my body. My missus is the same.

It's good to hear from another long termer. I have nothing bad to say about it and I wish more people would try it for health reasons or just to feel better.

We'll do it all our live now, as traditional eating now leaves us feeling unwell, heavy and a massive lack of get up and go.

Yeah, same mate. I've said a couple of times on previous pages I'll live like this for the rest of my life, with a few cheat days here and there, because I still like beer, but can go months without it. And then there's our European city trips which aren't the easiest to do on keto.

After 10 days of carbs in Germany we'd both completely had enough, felt crappy, moody and really bloated and couldn't wait to eat our keto meals again and get back into ketosis.

I presume that everyone has tried physical training, in combination with dieting?
