Reports are circulating that Juventus have made contact with Messi and/or his family/entourage/agent are beginning to circulate. This has to be the most ridiculous piece of 2nd rate journalism so far.

The club is presently financially hamstrung in terms of finances (not least in managing Ronaldo’s stratospheric pay structure and seemingly struggling to dispense with Rabiot, HIguain, Rugani, Ramsay, Bernadeschi and three more players who are considered surplus to requirements ahead of the forthcoming season.

My God, that fan has gone full dipper. Barca deserve more? He has given them 25 of his 33 years, he has given them silverware and entertainment on an unprecedented scale. I can’t think of a player in world football who has given as much as Messi to one club and thus is more worthy of this move.

Whilst what you say is true, Messi is only 33 & I can tell you from experience of playing with ex pros, the last think to go is their touch & skill long long long after their legs have gone

Pre season fitness/health tests no doubt but PCR?
 
The only thing that concerns me here is that the club seem to have forgot we need to fix our wonky defence as the main priority.
We need Koulibaly and probably another defender to come in.
Yes get messi but if this goes tips up and takes a long time to sort we may lose out on defensive reinforcements.
Signing Nathan Ake alone wont fix our poor defence.
