Andy Robertson being lauded for being a man of his word. Following an incident where Mane was pulled back by Rafinha, Robertson said to him at half time “Don’t worry, I’ll get him back.”

7 minutes into the 2nd half, Robertson clattered Rafinha.

Should there not be a case to answer for a pre-meditated attack?

The thread that involved throwing tennis balls on the pitch in protest was cringey, booing the anthem is cringey. Throwing our toys out the pram when losing a derby and behaving like animals was cringey. Other fans being cringey doesn’t change that we are the same now. You can have an opinion on levels of cringe but it doesn’t change where we are at. We’ve lost a lot of what we had about us before. Be that just modern football or not adapting to new found success.

I think anyone calling the eufa dirge an anthem is as cringey as anyone could possibly get . As for the reaction of some at the derby, if you think that was cringey, you'd have crapped yourself outside Maine Road or the swamp in days gone by. I just hope you aren't mortally offended if anyone throws a tennis ball on the pitch in protest against the thieves who are emptying your pockets in Europe, although you could follow those so called socialists (royalists) around Merseyside who seem confused about which side of the class divide they belong.

I agree m8 but I think we've lost it this year, we just dont seen as hungry. Maybe fatigue from past 2 seasons etc. I dont understand how them scouse bsatrds keep winning, week in week out. They just cant seem to do no wrong.

The thing is; I have no issue with Liverpool or their fans wanting to win whatever cup they’re up for, I want city to win everything they ever enter, even if it’s shit.

what I hate, and where my annoyance stems from is that the media deride us for including the community shield in a quadruple and yet run articles literally telling us we should care about the World Cup (incidentally that tells you everything you need to know about the prestige of this cup) when Liverpool are up for one.

Maybe they could re-introduce the Watney Cup from 70's & 80's , it was a pres-season tournment i think the final was in Isle of Man , the Dippers could take the ferry over and claim another important trophy.

to be honest I cant remember if the rags did, all I remember is them pulling out of the FA cup instead of them playing the kids from their world famous academy !!!

Rremember the Rags getting loads of shit for dumping the FA Cup in preference for a mickey mouse trophy , the Dippers on the other hand have been praised to high heaven for playing some kids who have yet to shave in the League/Carabou cup , the rimming of Dipper F.C. on a daily basis is becoming almost laughable , and every one of their deluded fanbase actually believe this crap. Its going to be fun watching them implode over the next few months , VAR , last minute goals and opposition players gifting them goals will eventually dry up , and as for pricks like Danny Murphy waiting for the Dippers to click into top gear , they will have a long wait , they havent got a top gear , they are now playing at their ultimate level and riding their luck with injury time winners and the lack of injuries in general.

The media obsession over a cup they’d previously never heard of was infuriating. Who thinks the BBC would have shown that game on BBC on a Saturday evening - if it had been us. BBC News channel if we were lucky or more likely highlights at 7:00am the next morning.

Its all about the numbers , there are 500m Dippers and 650m Rags apparently , if ourselves Spuds,Chelsea or Goons had been competing in Qatar the game would hardly have got a mention , the BBC are now no different from any commercial media operation , they just want viewing numbers and clicks , its not a slur on our club or any other , its the BBC continually going against its code of conduct as a public funded organisation , to treat minorities the same as any other , they do not and when Boris de-crimalises the licence fee , the BBC will be f*cked.

The rights would be on FreeSports or another obscure FTA channel if it was us. You'd hardly notice we were there.

On the other hand, the BBC don't have any of the 'proper' football, so I reckon they would have shown this whoever was in it. I think that's also why we got the '6 reasons everyone should watch' article on their website
