It’s such a shame many of this wonderful buildings were lost after the Germans bombed Manchester. And the city council at the time allowed the demolition of those buildings on Market Street to make way for the Arndale Centre.
This morning was spent at Salboy’s Victoria House development.
With completion just a couple of weeks away, the development is looking superb.
Offering luxury on-site amenities and lifestyle services, whilst also being only a short walk away from Piccadilly train station and Metro link station.

It hard to believe it, but Manchester’s tallest proposed tower, Viadux 2 at 76 fl, will be going into that space to the right of Viadux 1. Which is 4 fl short of double the height of Viadux 1 at 40 fl.

Great progress being made at our Middlewood Locks project. Working in tandem with our supply chain partner Knauf, SFS is predominantly complete with internal drylining progressing well through both blocks. Looking forward to shortly starting the cladding on the commercial area of the building.
