Lumina Village - 20/13/11/8/7/6 fl - Trafford
A busy September at Lumina. SFS and curtain walling commenced and all blocks starting to take shape with the construction of upper floor slabs. Safety screens to be fitted to A4 later this month.

Another good week of progress made at lumina village, block A4 ready for level 3 pour 2 & level 4 pour 1, A3 level 3 pour 1, A2 level 01 pour 1, A1 level 02 pour 1, podium level 01 complete ready for the big pour on podium level 2, to allow the commenment of screens for A4 busy 2-3 weeks ahead for all ready, but that's what we do.

We’re supplying 10,000 sqm of our grey and grey white Kiwa UK certified, A1-rated clay brick slips across two blocks on this new private residential Build to Rent development. Located in the Ancoats area the project will include towers of 22 and 28 floors linked via a large glazed central atrium building that will form social space for residents.
