I love the lad but not at the price Brighton are asking. Doesn`t look like any sort of compromise could be forthcoming either.Demanding £50m for him while paying him the wage of a £15m player

Last year of his contract knows the league England regular plays for a small club ticks all the boxesFatty Shaw ;)
You should have seen the Alexis Sanchez one. This thread is going to hit 1000 posts and we’re still no nearer knowing if he’ll be a City player!! Astonishing.
Perhaps he didn't want to sell him. It is his perogative.Let's turn the table.
Did Bloom really think City would pay 3x's+ what Bloom payed (£15.4mill) for him on the 31st of August 2001.
Get real Bloom!
So we move on to the next left back target, and suprise, his transfer valuation shoots up as well when City enquire about him.

More interesting to see how Cucurella plays in the coming months. He did, as long as City met his valuation, which City obviously didn't.
I'm sure another club will try and sign Cucurella in the future. It will be interesting to see how that plays out and what the transfer fee is.
