EDIT Scored the opener with a nice spin away from his man and powerful shot from just outside the box that got a helpful deflection off a defenders arm. He's the best player on the pitch by a distance.
 
He is looking very very good......will be really interesting to see how he does on loan at Lille in the coming season.
 
Fuck me, absolute screamer for a second for him! Lifts it over a man than volleys it in from outside the box! Lad has serious talent!
 
Well am hoping he can get plenty of game time at Lille and hopefully play Champions League

Has played a lot deeper in this game than I have seen him before, but looks class.
 
I said this lad should of had more game time in the team last season for me he is ready, 1 season at Lille playing regular then back at city following season and playing for us..

Sooner or later we for to start playing our youth players or we going to end up like Chelsea buying players for ever

It will happen. The difference between us and Chelsea is that we don't have two teams out on loan.

I think it is best for Marcos to have a season away and play first team football this season. I am sure this will bring him on even more.
