So could an unknown guy, let's call him Sam Onsour, for arguments sake, open a penny chew shop on the corner of Alan Turing Way and approach the club and offer to sponsor the teams shirt for the next 50 years at, say again for arguments sake, £250 million per year, because for him that would get him global exposure which he would consider good market value.
