They really do have some weird fans, I listened to Talk Shite last night after the game (I know but I hate the bbc more than talk shite) & they had a dad ring in, he was obviously distressed as he had taken his nine year old son to the game, (bit weird, it was never going to be like Alton Towers was it)
Sadly they had got caught up in some trouble & his lad was frightened & shaking, so what does the dad decided to do rather than comfort his son & take him into a warm cafe or hotel & get him some food & a drink or even get on a train or coach & head home, no the dad decides to stand in the street (there were police sirens going off all the time) & take time out to ring a radio station & blame someone/anyone else for all the trouble? just odd.

Odd for most of us, but standard default for Dippers. And the broadcasting stations just love this sort of stuff!

I'm going to bet he wasn't even there

Good luck with that. Their will be an investigation and they’ll only air what they want to be aired trust me!
For a more balanced and fairer view, we’d be better getting our information from the French media because ours is a fuckin sham, there’s a reason Soriano went to the Spanish media.

How the fuck can people blame the French authorities is beyond me. If your a **** and turn up with a fake ticket or try to jib in why the hell is it the French authorities fault. Fucking feral scum and the British media are spinless wankers.
Well, they managed to blame the authorities in Sheffield.

Our media know if they wrote a negative story about scousers jibbing in a stadium which could have caused any tragedy. They’d be looking for a new job by Monday morning and would have received death threats

Balance is all that is needed, you cannot say all media are lying when some.were also locked out and pepper sprayed, so this is not from those ones pro scouse lies.

At the same time, the reasons gates were kept locked and the scenes of jibbers climbing fences need to also be questioned and criticism the 100s trying to blag it needs to be said not ignored.

Plenty of Liverpool fans with tickets behaving themselves got tear gassed, so their fans groups need to start calling out the bellends alongside the justified criticism of french fuckwittery

Replace the date, venue, team names and this could have been wrote today. Add this to the other two disasters and it is utterly staggering that the scousers are still consistently painted in a positive light in the UK media. Disgusting

The Stade De France has hosted World cups, Euro 2016, six nations rugby, various concerts. I have never heard of this happening before, it’s not like they have hosted events as big as this previously. The one factor that’s caused this is Liverpool supporters being Liverpool supporters.

When the Liverpool end full why was there still thousands outside? Only one reason thousands of Liverpool fans got in without legit tickets or jibbed in earlier also thousands of fans got in the queue with fake tickets or fancied there chances of getting in.

Media full on apologetic for Liverpool fans maybe it was 70% organisation by French police 30% Liverpool fans but bottom line is if there is 20k tickets available for final and twice three time amount of fans turn up what do think will happen!

Oh when has a champs league final ever been delayed by 30mins?

Likely the Parisian police were trying at all costs to avoid a disaster happening. If they had just let some fans scale fences, more would have followed leading to God knows what. Sadly during such events dialogue is rarely an option and innocent people get caught up in the police's actions. The police can't just stand around and let disorder unfold. Passive ways of dealing with issues, such as opening gates has proven disasterous in past experiences. If Liverpool fans don't want innocent fans caught up, don't start trouble in the first place, it's in their hands. Simple

I'm waiting to hear someone in the media make the obvious assessment.

25,000 RM Fans got in without problems. Very few (if any) ticketless RM fans present.

An estimated 60-100,000 Liverpool fans turned up in Paris, only 25,000 had a genuine ticket. Chaos ensues.

The chances are that someone set up a dodgy ticket printing operation and so maybe a large number of those excess fans had a fake ticket.

So its quite easy to work out that a mix of genuine and fake tickets hitting the turnstiles would create problems at the stadium.

But it all boils down to one thing... Klopp (and by inference, the club, encourage Liverpool fans to go to Paris without tickets). That is the root cause of this.

They need to be punished severely. People could have died (again) and in the future it makes every Euro away trip more difficult for every other clubs supporters.
