Middle East Conflict

Fucking hell, the Jews can fight for a homeland but the Palestinians can't. That's you in a nutshell.
If the Irish hadn't fought a guerilla war against a vastly superior force we'd still be under the British yoke. Surely you can understand a people fighting for their homeland.
Not really a war, in wars the warring factions usually meet each other face to face but terrorists (or the “guerillas” you mention) are too cowardly for that shit…

Is that a suggestion that the IDF should go for hand to hand combat rather than dropping bombs on apartment blocks, hospitals and schools?

They were offered a homeland in 1948. They turned it down, while the Jews accepted.

They've turned down every opportunity for one since. They've never recognised Israel's right to exist. They've had control of Gaza for 18 years, and instead of looking after the people there and doing their best to make something of it, they've dug tunnels, amassed arms and flung rockets at Israel. They're more interested in killing Jews than building a state of their own.

Here we go again. Too generic.

The Arabs did not flat out turn it down. Don’t only refer to mainstream internet information. Read the Jewish and Arab library archives that are reviewed documents including records of Jewish literati.

The Arabs turned down the Partition Plan for several requests not accepted by UNSCOP to address to UN:

1. British presence must remain to manage finance and military of both partition. This was the request of BOTH the Arab states AND the British in Palestine. Without British presence, the Arab states had to protect the Arabs in Palestine, knowing obviously well that Zionist hostilities of Irgun, Palmach, Lehi and even part of Haganah were rampant.

2. Illegal Jewish immigrants must be deported, wherein immigration to be conducted muts be by legal means. The main reason being that Irgun, Palmach, Lehi are mainly illegal immigrants, and that illegal carry of goods also included ship container loads of machine guns and munitions that were far superior than could be defended by Palestine towns and villages.

3. Not to avail to the Zionist representative of which there were two main sects. The Arabs predicted of the objective of Israel statehood, (A) The Ben Gurion sect accepted the Partition with the eventual militarisation of Israel that gradually expanded the Israel State beyond the Partition, (B) The Irgun Menachem Begin sect demanded instantaneous expansion of the Israel State. In general, both sect A and B aspired a Greater Israel. Sect A being politico militaristic and Sect B being colonialistic.

4. The Partition must be reconsidered given that Palestinians have 1.1 million and Jews have 650,000 each respectively were given 42.88% for Arabs and 56.47% for Israel (the remaining being International partition). By population ratio the Arabs requested 66% for Arabs and 33% for Israel. It was considered and accepted by both Israel and Arabs as agreement to be declared and signed. but then, without informing the Arab states, a week before the declaration, the approved that were signed by Israel and British Mandate and overseen by the UN was the 42.88%-56.47% version. WITHOUT including the Arab states.

For #3 on the Partition Plan, the Arabs’ prediction of Zionist expanding Israel beyond the Partition Plan indeed became true.

Refer to the UN Partition Plan then:

Is the Partition above reflective of the partition currently? Obviously not.

And refer to the current Palestine Partition impacted by the Zionist movement after the Partition Plan was enacted:
Interactive Map of Israel and Palestine

Go to each and all of the towns and villages. Beersheba, Majdal, Tantura, Deir Yassin. Read each one.

Indeed,
The Arabs were already against the Partition Plan, but did not entirely reject it. They proposed amendments. The concession is that they preferred non-militaristic governance compared to the militaristic approach by the Zionist Israel because the Arabs were aware of the Zionist greater objective and use of appeasement and espionage tactics.

It was Palestinian land, they had no say in the matter, here lads we're taking x amount of land and you can have the rest and Israel have stolen land ever since.
Like most countries Israel is built on the blood and bodies of another but all these years later Israel is still building on the blood and bodies of another all the while trying to claim they're a civilised country.

What like they all meet up in a field like in Brave heart? Do you think there were never any Israeli 'guerillas' ever? In the history of the state? What about the french resistance in WW2, they were cowards right?
