I still think he's the only Manager who is likely to displace Mancini as City but I genuinely don't see that happening. Our Owners know full well it's a marathon not a sprint and Mancini is putting something brilliant together. i.e. Top 4, FA Cup, now the Premiership etc. These things take time.

amen brother!!

I'm far from his biggest fan in some ways. The blind love shown by many seemed triggered by the fact he wasn't Mark Hughes. I felt Mancini's record in Italy flattered to deceive because of how Inter won their first and second Serie A titles - and I found the defensive side of his football to be disgusting. Barry, Vieira and De Jong all sitting in front of a back four! Finally letting City attack a bit more won me over and, at home this season, City have been incredible. No gripes whatsoever from a cynic like me.

Some were screaming and yelling after the Carling Cup exit to Liverpool but I don't feel they outplayed us at all. Things just went their way.

This is a sure fire way by the rag media in my view to try and undermine our club and league position, the only thing of interest where Mourinho is concerned may be some of his players and we can by them.

As far as I am concerned it’s all the other clubs that need his help, not ours so a definite no from me, don’t want him near my club.

Perhaps Talkshite could sign him up, his gob would be well suited to that station.

Get what your saying but I hope thats not the case. Mourinho would be here two years max I would guess whereas Mancini I can see being here long term.

I'm sure I read somewhere that Mourinho has said that he wants his next job to be in England, and to be a long term project.
