Mee is not the answer. He is the complete opposite to a ball-playing defender. He is in the 4th percentile of defenders for pass completion.
Both youngsters who were linked with us the past month or so, from Everton and from Leicester (i think) have been laughed off by Everton fans. They say he's totally shit.Wouldn't mind someone young. No idea if the lad from Everton is any good but that kind of profile of someone who will be a similar age to Stones when we signed him, won't expect to play every week but with a load of potential and still with a bit if senior experience.
No fucking idea basically but will be interested to see who we go for.
Sometimes I have a gut feeling that we would sell everyone from this team and some people would be happy with their "give kids a chance".
Have a feeling it will be the latter. Certainly a risk but if they can stay fit, it's more than enough quality to get us through and re-evaluate next summer. With fat pockets as well. For short term Mee would be decent. Or stick to the 3 centre backs with Mbete and a few players in the squad who can cover in a emergency.
Who? That’d give then 3 experienced CBS and their younger ones.
Mee is just not even worth discussing. ZERO reason why it would even be an option other than his personal history.Mee is not the answer. He is the complete opposite to a ball-playing defender. He is in the 4th percentile of defenders for pass completion.

Branthwaite would be good but is still very useful to EvertonWouldn't mind someone young.
