There is another 3rd of it to go. I pointed that out when they were on the ground, they seem to be only doing that to the point of the brace between them, the big cross span below. Think they'll do the final third once they connect them, and the last bit needs connected to the cables.
Some poor ****'s gonna have to walk along that beam between those rails soon.
