Interesting, is this the beginning of a link from the office/museum/shop to the west of the fan zone?
That linking piece can't be done until the roof beams at least are up as it's used for storage for them prior to the lift.Interesting, is this the beginning of a link from the office/museum/shop to the west of the fan zone?

Question.
Will the fit the end sections of the roof beams after the current roof had been dismantled this Summer?
Thanks.
Couldn’t give a toss where you or SSSkies are from, or who you support (apart from the obvious!)Absolutely correct I done Carrington training ground as well and saved one battery for the Etihad.
I’m from Kent and used to follow Gillingham but since living up north that has basically stopped.
2 of my sons are United season ticket holders , other one is a Wigan season ticket holder.
All my in laws are City fans though.
Don’t take this as a dig, because it’s not. Is the drone flying a hobby or a commercial venture to you?Absolutely correct I done Carrington training ground as well and saved one battery for the Etihad.

I assume you mean all the beams that are already on site not “all” the roof beams as the first ones have been on site for around a month being welded etcShould be able to get all the roof beams up before our next home game.
I vaguely remember that being the way the South Stand was built
May be done differently , because of the design allowing a much simpler and ergonomic roof intersection than the south stand . I assume the two missing sections of terrace need installing to allow the temporary supports to be installed ??Question.

I stood near enough in that location with my Dad discussing the steelwork. He was a structural engineer back in the day.Couple of shots of progress of new stand from outside Spiral C this afternoonView attachment 149898

Hi Stockton Heath Blue this is a hobby for me as I have a full time job and try and fit it in after my working day, so you could say my working day is 12hrs long sometimes. I do enjoy it though cheers SteDon’t take this as a dig, because it’s not. Is the drone flying a hobby or a commercial venture to you?
Not arsed either way as I love the videos you and SS Skies put out.
The old roof is removed in the summer only the cable-net remains to support the East and CB stand roofs it won’t be visible in the pitch view eye line of the occupantsI stood near enough in that location with my Dad discussing the steelwork. He was a structural engineer back in the day.
Modifying the existing roof in the coming months will be interesting to see.
Started as a hobby, my aim was to do all 92 football league stadiums along with as many international and non league ones as I could. Then I done Anfield when the stand was being done and the channel took off and I was monetised within 2 weeks.Don’t take this as a dig, because it’s not. I'll echo that. Keep up the good work, you, er, "dronesters" (?).I am certainly not alone in my appreciation of your drone footage, and that of SS Skies. Keep up the good work, good man!
Wonderful work which will be archived for future generations to watch and glean information. A silver lining sadly brought about by a concerning condition. Hopefully you are now fully recovered and wish you well for the future in your chosen work path, but especially your health.Started as a hobby, my aim was to do all 92 football league stadiums along with as many international and non league ones as I could. Then I done Anfield when the stand was being done and the channel took off and I was monetised within 2 weeks.
Then it quickly became clear that construction at stadiums was something people wanted to watch and started doing Anfield and Bramley Moore Dock on a regular basis fitting them in between work.
It all changed when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in the summer of 2023 and had my thyroid removed in December 2023 and was unable to work for around 6 months so began droning more regular as the Etihad had now started to go along with the other 2. Eventually decided to semi retire which basically gives me the time to drone when I feel like it.
I also do property surveys, weddings and Lost Dog search and rescue so it has ended up more or less full time but still very much a hobby that could easily become a commercial venture if I put a bit of effort in but I like the fact that if I don’t feel like going out I don’t have too
