North Stand Expansion

More than 25% more like 48%
Oak View and CFG 7865 shares each
Harry Styles 365
Gaiety Investments 182
SJM Holding 182
Do we know anything about the other companies ? Where did you get the figures all the info at the start mentioned CFG Oak View and then Harry Styles

To this day I’ve never understood why there was a need to use Harry Styles to promote the Coop Live Arena. The Coop Live Arena was always going to be a success with or without using Harry Styles to promote it.

Harry Styles had bought in just like CFG albeit a much smaller stake, the Bentley room was originally themed / designed by him before Bentley came on board and made a alterations to the finishes (one of which was that all leather was to be the same as they use in their cars). The premise was originally that the space would be somewhere the artist would be comfortable spending time, rather than being in a green room / changing room.

Interesting.

One of the ideas is for a block in North stand L2 for the youth.

Regardless of the purchase journey reason, it’s good that 5% of the 18-25 year old tickets are together in 1 (away) block, roughly 150, 18-25 year olds.

Ticket sales, Chelsea away.

Similar to previous seasons, Season Ticket Members aged between 18 and 25 years old (based on supporter’s age on 1st August 2024) can purchase from an exclusive allocation of away match tickets on the first day of sale.

However, for the 2024/25 season, to help improve the purchase journey, the Club will assign the 5% allocation for 18–25-year-olds to a specific block in the away section.

Fans with the necessary ticket points to be able to buy in the first window will be excluded from this allocation and can select a seat in a location of their choosing.

Any tickets that are not purchased on this day will be added to the wider allocation for Season Ticket Members.

We all know that putting them in one block at away games was purely incidental and for selling reasons only after that shitshow that happened for Brentford(a) last game of 22/23 when all tickets went on sale to the 18-25s.

Even if it is for that reason, it will be good to see what impact and effect it has on our already good away support,. Having up to 150, 18-25 year olds together in one block isn't a bad thing. They like drinking and singing. :-)

And to be fair probably a bigger success without his name mentioned ;)

It was the case all last season. I wouldn't say it had a particular effect tbh as it's still a small pin prick on a 3000 allocation.

https://www.cooplive.com/pQv4biV/about-co-op-live Gaiety aren't mention there

However they are here
"SJM Holdings, which is the holding company of both SJM Concerts and rugby league club Warrington Wolves, has 182 shares. It is the same total as Gaiety Investments UK, the business run by Irish concerns promotor Denis Desmond"

Here is the breakdown of the share numbers I quoted
Ultimately Oak View and CFG are equal part owners
