Everyone is standing on L2. Even the hospitality section at the front of the stand. It must be, “stand up if you love City” :-)

You can make out the hotel rooms with balconies at the back of the stand overlooking L2 and the fans.

Those are the bits which would join up with future side expansions. Even the South Stand corners are designed to be temporary. More long term thinking so we don’t end up with a botched final look like at the swamp.
