I do however, believe that MCFC are one of the best run football clubs on the planet.

Look at the money we've spent/invested and compare and contrast that with..... oh! I don't know; the rags?

My guess is that it's the gulf that exists between the two clubs that is the driving force behind this whole saga.

I have read some articles saying it is and Others saying it could go on and on. So like everything else related to this debacle is the result date being touted also just speculation?

I consider myself to have been educated. Again. I was thinking "complaint" related to the whole complaint of 115/130 alleged breaches, not any particular breach within the complaint. Bloody lawyers :)

So is it likely an appeals panel will reconsider liability and then pass the findings back to the original panel for sanction? Or will the appeals panel consider sanctions themselves? Seems strange (and a little disrespectful) to pass the whole thing round from one to the other like a hot potato .....

Actually think it is most likely the the original IC will finish its case by deciding sanction (if any) and then allowing the whole thing to go to appeal

Would make sense because I thought the pre-publicity for the recent Clive Myrie series said the same production team intended to produce content on the reaction to “the verdict” too. I can’t recall the exact wording but it made me think they expected a result very soon after releasing the series.

I think there are portions of the media that are starting to think. They are thinking that City might just be innocent i suspect. It’s only from one or two, and the likes of Jordan not being as one sided, but it seems to be changing. Hopefully they will start to sniff out a story about how the PL have tried to stop one of their clubs being better than their flagship clubs.. I dream though.

Wasn't your point of hidden payments theoretical & the panel will decide on basis of probability. Like I said, I'm not an accountant, but if the books add up after Uefa told us to cease with Fordham then I can't see the EPL having a case.

It's not theoretical because the internal club documents leaked by der Spiegel mention such loss underwriting payments.

Yes, if the books add up then there isn't a problem, but that is true of every financial allegation ever made. My problem is that for Fordham and Touré I, personally, haven't seen enough in the public domain to be able to conclude there is no issue. If others have, I would be happy to hear it.

And no, imho the PL will have referred the allegations to the disciplinary process when they couldn't take their investigation any further and if they hadn't received, in their opinion, satisfactory answers to their questions.

I will say again, I don't think either of these allegations is in the same class of seriousness as the sponsorship allegations and so I am quite relaxed about them. I am also quite happy to give credit to Khaldoon when he says everything is above board. He has earned that. But when people say things like "what could the PL possibly be confident about?" I think it's perfectly reasonable for me to say that I don't know enough about either of these issues to conclude that there is no problem in the same way that I have been able to, in my mind at least, for the more serious issues around sponsorship.

Probably best to wait for the result of the hearing now, I think.

It appears snide & just like many of his tweets appeared. He would then aggressively complain that his tweets have been misunderstood & blame the majority for misunderstanding & not take any responsibility as a professional writer that it’s his job to clearly articulate his point.

Sam has access to City, this forum & was aware of PB & Stefan’s views which turned out correct, never turned to them but went bad faith actors of the Whatsap group to understand more.
