PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The typical type of answer from the conspiracy theorists. Just throw some generalisations and comments like "this is just how the world (or word) works". In fact, that you think situations can be buried days into a new IFR after a 5 year process is actually the real naivety and given you arrived here in Feb 2025, you are quite possibly not old enough to have much idea at all how the World works.

By all means come back to this when you are proved right which presumably is days away?

As if.
The last thing I am is a conspiracy theorist. However do you not think the whole 115 issue was a conspiracy between certain Clubs? If you think this has just been discussed in the last 5 days you are naive. Kogan was virtually confirmed in the post last April and it is unlikely he has been sat on his hands since then. It's just the way these things get sorted

If the Government had been able to influence things the case would never have reached the stage it has. There is literally no chance of the tribunal basing their decision on the views of the IFR whatever they may be.

Whats hilarious is that how many of us would have believed that little old city who we watched lose at home to fecking stockport, who revelled in cups for cockups, who must of us back in the day wore our crapness as a badge of honour would becomes the biggest story in the history of football and part of multi-national, multi-billion pound, high stakes game of intrigue which the whole of the sporting world and beyond cant stop talking about.

If you had told me this back in the day id have asked to share whatever drugs you were on.

The best team in all the land and all the world

If it is just the way these things get sorted, name one analogous abandonment of a post trial disciplinary by Government/regulatory intervention.

Eh? The last thing you are is a conspiracy theorist but then theorise that this case is a conspiracy?

I’m confused!
Easily confused then. I'm challenging the poster who claims not to believe in conspiracies as to whether there might have been one in relation to the 115 charges.

On the Today programme on radio 4 this morning they had a number of people on talking about the collapse of the Chinese spying trial. They were staggered it collapsed so late and a couple of days before it was due to start. Their assumption was this was down to the is government stepping in at the last minute.

I watched a feature about David Murray a while ago and I think what happened in the end was that the IR insisted on the tax due on the loans and Rangers cwners of the time couldn't pay which was the final straw.
I don't have the details at my fingertips but shouldn't Arsenal also be liable for tax on this.
The IR cut Arsenal a drip drip repayment plan but didn’t afford Rangers that luxury

I suppose, if we accept that is what happened, the difference is our trial is finished and the Chinese one hadn’t started?

You seemed to have overlooked the fact there was been a change of Govt 15 months ago
