I'm starting to get worried that what we have seen is a good as it gets. His game is riddled with mistakes.
We're not talking about a kid here and he's had a full season to adjust now. Yes he's a powerful lad with ability
but he shouldn't look so raw at this stage. My only hope is that he significantly improves next season under a new manager.
Lets face it Vinny and Martin have looked shit as well. I'll cut him some slack for now and see what next season brings but
he's got it all to prove for me.

I doubt we are getting a new manager

mangala had a bad game today , but he has had a decent run of games till now

Its amazing how much criticsim one of our own get on here. It's like they are happy he made a mistake so they can spew their shite

Yep...see Yaya thread for plenty, you included.

Again, Mangala just needs a bit more time. Give him 2 -3 years and he'll come good. Just because he cost 38m people expect him be another Baresi from day 1.

Did I miss something today? He had a couple of ‘slips’ but he wasn’t on his own in that respect. He didn’t have a nightmare and incidentally, Swansea at home are no bad team who have a go at you with pace and strength. ‘Watertight defences invariably have a solid midfield in front of them which is something we haven’t had all season. Vinny has hardly been ricket free this year either and this lad is in a new team, in a new league in a new country. The price tag wasn’t his doing and in fairness, a lot of Europe’s elite clubs were looking at him. Time to lay off him.

He was lucky not to give away a penalty right at the end. The ref blew for full time instead.

What a fair comment from the harsh media bastards;

What a lot of completely exaggerated criticism. Talk about feeding the media negativity. I noticed one mistake of note in a generally decent performance,

Sack the guy doing our scouting in the Portuguese league and the idiot who approved the deal. What was it? Over 35m pounds!?
