Comparing us to other Prem teams is not the best barometer because ALL Prem tickets are overpriced. Football matches, for what you get, have no need to be priced any higher than £35.DiscoSteve said:BBC survey on the matter last season

On no count does City come anyway near the worst
I've just done a little search on the web and Arctic Monkeys tickets (they'd be on stage about as long as a footy match) are between £27-38; to go to the pictures it will cost £6.80 at the Odeon in town (for about as long as a footy match lasts); to go to a show at the Palace you can get adult tickets for £20-22.50 (for about as long as a footy match lasts). My ticket for the Super League Grand Final last week was £30 and tickets for an upcoming Rugby League World Cup match at Warrington's ground (Samoa v NZ) are £20 for standing in the "vocal" stand on Buckley Street and £30 for seating in the main stand (for about as long as a footy match lasts).
It costs as much to go and watch Hyde FC as it does many Bundesliga games. Bayern Blade has said on here that it costs him more to go and watch Sheffield United than it does Bayern Munchen.
Something's not right with football ticket pricing in England. City have been great with the idea of introducing £299 SCs in the future and Norwich at home is just £26. but i must say if a game against the European champions doesn't sell-out then the game is overpriced.
All a lot of people want to do is go and watch their football team home and away. and unfortunately it's too expensive to go and do that. Which isn't right. Up and down the country fans are being ripped off and clubs should be doing more of what City are doing in some part to help the fans out.
