Stupid little things that bug you

On a flight home from Barcelona - three times the crew asked for any hand luggage that could go under the chairs as flight was packed and too many cases. Eventually crew went ahead and did it themselves finding little bags, coats etc in abundance.
Delayed take off ensues !!!!!

My tendency to want to post daft things when I see different headings on threads!!
For example just now I saw the thread ‘Who is the better striker?’ So I typed (but obviously didn’t post) “I want to say me but I’ve only ever been on strike for an hour”…..how daft is that?
Some of my daft postings I haven’t resisted as a few of you can testify.

I do beg your pardon if I post a daft post in a serious thread. :-) mea culpa.
Definitely post more daft thoughts EB; the world needs them, and you.

When contestants on University Challenge introduce themselves then turn to look at the next person as the camera pans across. I don't remember them doing that years ago, maybe I just didn't notice it.

Oh, and stupid specialist subjects on Mastermind. Last night we had 'Marie Curie', 'Elizabeth Woodville' - wife of Edward IV, 'Banksy', and 'TV sitcom Ghosts'. That last one only has 3 years of history.

Online forms for banking, shopping, travel etc. There is no standard input for card expiry, dob among others.

People who talk or sing all the way through a theatre production. I have paid to listen to the show not what your fucking britney is having for tea or where your sisters mate Chelsea is going on her fucking holidays.
I get annoyed when the artist on stage spends 5 minutes telling you about the next song, "What it means to me" and all that nonesense.
Also, may I add, when the lead singer stops singing, points the mic, asking the crowd to sing instead. That's not what I payed for.
