Would imagine that if you've got something wrong with your eyes then perhaps you shouldn't be driving and it's more of a drop off/pick up point than long term stay.

Its also the nearest parking spaces to the children's hospital too so must be same for them too.

Apparently they do. Whether that's true or not, who knows. Makes me feel like I'm doing my bit. Absolutely disgusts me. The amount of wildlife litter kills is abysmal.

I don't mind them having leaf blowers, it's when they blow them into the street instead of picking them up.
Do they think the leaves have learnt their lesson and won't come back in a hurry, not into that nasty garden anyway ?

Market stalls holders.
We have a Market in the towns pedestrian area from 10am till 3pm.
The stall holders block the roads from 7am causing gridlock in the town. These trades think they have the right to block the roads to unload and load their vans. They dont its still a public highway till 10am.
The holders are very aggressive to car drivers lol. Yet its a public roads till 10am when the 10am closure comes into effect and the roads are closed off.
Had an argument today with a holder telling me its a 5mph road and I should have my hazards on because the market is setting up !.
It's a 30mph road and the market stalls holders can not block the roads and should park at the side of the road.
As someone who works for the council i know the 'rules'. It's a public 30mph highway till 10am. Now if the market wants to apply for a road closure from 7am till 6pm there's nothing stopping them. But they haven't, even after 10am delivery vehicles are still allowed into the pedestrian area !
Plus who buys knock off Fred perry polo shirts for 30quid ! Or any other tatt they sell ?
In the picture one van is blocking the road and the pick up is going the wrong way down a one way street !

Send them to the council where the littering happened. They can issue a fixed penalty to registered keeper, but some may want a statement from you. Don’t think the police will do anything, unless they pass on to the council.
