That bit did tickle me, I'm only one of the most famous footballers on the planet, how on earth did anyone recognise me here?!! I know he's thick but come on...........

How do we know you even have a brother ? Let alone that he met Tevez who was then shocked to be recognised.

All i know is when Nasri got subbed on against Liverpool Tevez stood up left the bench and went straight down the tunnel and was absent against Southampton! Hope he and everybody close to him are ok but his early exit against Liverpool isn't a good sign......
 
think some of our slower members are missing the point here.......Tevez was shocked he was seen at Valderrama, not that he was recognised. There were no people from Singapore with him. A member of the local press knows what "the problems" are but is unable to let the truth come out. Why? I have no idea. He did say if he was going through what Tevez was he would NOT be playing golf. The End.
 
I'm all for the press giving privacy in certain circumstances.

The thing that I can't understand is that if it was something so bad that none of the press are reporting it, why is it that he's now back and training? And did it in any way contribute to a very strange City performance.

No doubt it will come out in his book one day. In the meantime back to winning the league!

If Carlos is going through some heavy troubles then he must do what he feels is best to keep calm and upbeat, if golf is his solace then fair enough.

Everyone is entitled to privacy and there is absolutely nothing to be gained by some people perhaps thinking there is something more to it than there actually is.

It is exactly that, a personal family matter. The club have done right by him and a couple of days in Spain, nothing sinister.
 
If he was having us on the papers would be sucking each other off in a frenzy of back page news as they are not and Tevez has said nowt you have to think he really does have some problems
 
so. his children have been kidnapped, you have to put yourself in his position - what would you do?
a)call the cops
b)pay the ransom
c)do whatever the sinister betting syndicate that has your family at gun-point tells you to do?

"errrr, si, this iz carlos... what?, you want me to miss the game and book eighteen at valderrama? then what if I don't?.... you have gareth barry's kids too? you've made him agree to do what?.... and what about joe hart? but he has no kids?... wait! I'll do it....."
