Looks like Folkestone Road West is in the new scheme, its part of Zone 3, according to the council website the work to install the signs and road markings required for the Eastlands Resident Parking Scheme will take place between 2 January and 1 March across the 6 zones.

Vale Street was/is the boundary for the old residents parking scheme, the boundary for the new parking scheme been extended all the way down North Road to Edge Lane.

On that map the restrictions on Lord North St appear to stop at the railway bridge yet the fuckers have put double yellows all the way up to the junction of Grimshaw Lane?
