Was you there for the cc semi? Cos if you was ban you'd know they had the whole end yet we won and our atmosphere was top. Grow up!
Our atmosphere was poor in the League Cup semi.

Completely disagree.
We've only had one good atmosphere in a derby at that stadium and it certainly wasn't that League Cup semi, it was the very first which we won 4-1.

Another good idea is to keep it as it is.

You knew the score when you got your tickets for the south stand when we moved grounds as that's where the away fans were going to be seated.

If you weren't happy why didn't you say something then?

You get moved for cup games as you should be aware from the outset. Just fucking live with it without every other day whining on here and wanting to move everyone else apart from you.

Fuck me, less than a 100 people on a message board want fans moved therefore in their eyes that's what should happen.

i know lets give the rags our entire singing section and fuck any chance of an atmosphere off around to other random places.

lets just sit there and get completely out sang by the wankers just so you can have your nice little view in level 3.

So it's their fault they outsing you?

Here's an idea.........sing a little louder eh?

And as previous, you knew the score when we moved from Maine Rd....or were none of you fuckers around at Maine Rd?

yes i did have a season ticket at maine road and i actually sat in north stand level 2 for a few years at coms but decided to move because i like to stand and sing.

to be honest mate i couldn't really care if i get moved, for napoli and villareal i moved seats just for the experience of watching it somewhere different in the ground. i don't care if i don't get my seat for the cup games, all i want is an amazing atmosphere because believe it or not it helps the players.

Well I don't agree but if that was the case its a sad indictment of 40k of our fans

don't fucking tell me to grow up, why you throwing insults about?

and yes i was there and i've come to the conclusion that if the position of the away fans could have been sorted out, it could have been a lot, lot better.

imagine 6,000 blues all stood behind one end, it would be class.

So back to my previous point, why didnt when we moved to the new ground all the singers go in north lower? I know that's only 3k but its all one end. I know why cos we wanted to be next to the away fans. We will never have 6k at home in one end stood up constantly singing, and Wednesday will prove that, the lower tier might stay stood but the upper won't. So again why didn't we all go north lower in 2003?

i don't know i didn't organise that, and i meant 3,000. well it would be more like 4-5 thousand as 110-111 and 119-120 normally stand.

by the end maine road was ruined by the kippax being all seater on it's own, so most singers stood next to the away fans like they do know, i just presume the same people moved to coms and did the same.

all i want like i've said is the crowd to be behind the lads as much as possible, if we had the whole south stand in the derby it would be brilliant.

Back to the helps the players argument? Struggling at home aren't we? Won 23 out
of 25 and drawn the other 2.

well you don't believe it does then you clearly weren't at the hamburg game.

and have you never heard mancini say it helps, "eez very important" i heard him say. we've got a mint side and win a lot of games but motivation from the crowd does also help.

To be honest, the atmosphere is poor because the family stand and level 3 east and west dont even attempt to join in. Theyre embaressing. We dont need you to stand up going mental. Dont blame the ergonomics of the stadium either, Napoli have a running track and it is still louder than any English stadium.

If your sat in level 3 or the family stand stay sat down, nobody has a problem with that but you should still join in with songs. Watch German football, even the fans sitting join in by clapping and singing.

The real issue here is "fans" that choose to sit in silence and then leave after 80 minutes to get home early. Thats why away fans will be in level 3 in the next few years. Even if thats where the stadium expansion is.

Mancini says that about everything :-). Of course atmosphere and support helps
but with the football and players we're watching now we should create an
atmosphere regardless of where away fans are situated.
