Yes Ronaldo is a goal scorer but there is no guarantee that this will propel united to the pinnacle of the football ladder as the rag brigade believe. Their team is still disjointed, over-stacked up front and olly is still at the wheel

It is just the sanchez scenario all over again. I honestly dont think our club are that bothered. The relationship with mendes is still intact because mendes did his job and actually offered his services to us - we did look into it, this made united shit the bed and lets not forget that ronaldo was offered to united earlier on but they refused at the wage demand - which tells the story that he wasn't in their plans in the first place

When they got wind that we could be interested this forced them to act swiftly and throw the wages at him just to keep him away - hilarious

I honestly think we have played it very well once again

We have made them spunk a huge amount of their wage bill on a player they didn't really need.

So you are comparing a thirty five year old rumour, about a former chairman who retired 20 years ago, with a current player sitting in prison on quadruple rape charges?

As I've said to others, you do realise that there is more than one poster on here don't you?

Many believe he's a good player who would've improved us and would score lots of goals for us.
Many believe he's a washed up, over the hill, has-been; whose more trouble than he's worth.
Some even believe that he is all of those things.

What's hard to understand? ;)

Cavani and Ronaldo agreed but they could lose both and have the wages needed for Haaland next summer.

Not really, pogbas shit, slabhead is pretty descent and we needed him desperately, Leicester new that so took us to the cleaners. Pogbas been ridiculed constantly off the media and pundits for not doing enough to warrant his 89 million fee. Grealish needs to hit the ground running or he will be to.

On a personal note I wasn't excited by the potential signing of Kane or your pensioner.
You'd better win something now or you lot will look sad as fook after making so much noise about getting an ex player back 12 years after he deserted you.
Surely you can't be about to go through another Sanchez moment.
Oh yeah we'll click our fingers to let you know the next player we are looking at, you know with you wanting to follow our lead with every step we make and all that.

Suppose Woody realises that in small print Ronaldo requires big screens to be finally
fitted at green and gold stadium...otherwise he'll be running into one of the hospitality
areas every x5 mins to watch his replays on the big screens there instead

Hard cheese mate, I’m sure another ex United player will come around for you lot to try and sign in a few years. The Rooney, Ronaldo transfers mite not have worked out, but hey at least you got tevez and Hargreaves :)
