Valencia in for Negredo?

Still haven't worked out why, probably never know, but we look on paper as though we are weaker on the striker side than this time last year. I know Jovetic was injured and if he performs the same as Negredo maybe there won't be much in it come the end of the season.

Oh it seems its loan... fucking even worse. well I guess Txiki & Ferran know what they are doing. or better be! Iheanacho could be our 4th striker once he turns 18 in Oct and then gets work permit.

Don't we have to register a squad for the premier league and the champions lge before that!
U21 so don't have to be registered in PL. in CL yes but the registration window has passed already by that point for the group stages. We can manage with 3 strikers in CL group stages at least.

Best hope now is that Negredo stays... City not stupid enough to sell are they?
Seemingly, we are.

Just hope to fuck Kun and Jovetić stay fit! I will have to block both players' last two seasons' injury records completely out of my mind or I'll be biting my nails in every match.

Screwed up big time.
It seems we have not learnt anything.
Chelsea have improved greatly. The scum have basically let mushy pea and wellbeck leave to replace them with falcao.
We are now letting a player go to leave ourselves with just two strikers!

Heard that Negredo to Valencia is almost done - now it's a race to get it completed before midnight.

Shite business.

Started the day thinking we're gonna strengthen not weaken!
I bet everyone at City is very disappointed, but it's a long game.

The consolation is that Falcao takes £346k per week out of Man Utd, and not only that they've had to let Welbeck go as well.

Been offline for a bit, where's this £346k come from?

Very risky business this blues we could be out ov 3 comps come jan and everybody will blame it on this. I also think city fans will show there frustration with there feet can't see many sell outs this season and defo non in the champs lge. Just hope someone within the club comes out and explains the reasons for it!
Stupid comment even by my standards

Can't play the European games (he was the one being dropped) and he wanted to go And injured

The window opens less than 12 weeks after he would be able to play

The problem is not him leaving, the problem is terms of him leaving, i have no idea whatsoever why we loan him out, with a clause forcing Valencia to buy him next season, it is not like they are in some deep financial hole this season, so why delay the payment?

So they can spread their transfer costs over two windows, it's FFP at work and Valencia trying to get around it.

I still don't get it though. It's not like they pay 10m £ now, and 10m £ IF they sign him next season, why not just pay in payments then, and i already said, Valencia should not be in the red FFP wise.

UEFA don't count amortization of payments in regards to FFP I don't think, they view the full fee regardless if it's in installments I think.
