Not at all, he's done a good job of talking up the club when we've needed it most the past couple of years. The man's a blue through and through.

Was hoping he'd come back one day to replace laughing boy Cook and really take the club forward.

Still, as boss of the FA, he won't do us any harm. Also, in dealing with him, Khaldoon will see the type of chief exec we should have.

For him - Congratulations Mr Bernstein, well done.

Very pleased for this articulate, dignified and professional man. So nice to have someone with blue blood at the top table.

Delighted for him he was great when we were in the old 3rd division and under him as chairman we came all the way back to the Priemer league in charge of the money and what a top job he did. If it wasnt for him during that time who knows what division City would be playing in now.

Great appointment, really liked the man during his time at city, brought some professionalism (financial) to the boardroom.
