On the contrary Sneijder and Silva are more similar players than Silva and Pastore imo.Danamy said:Dax777 said:The real question here is why don't we? :(Danamy said:Chelsea have eyes on Pastore..............
He needs to fill the hole that vieira has left and they see sneijder to be that player.
The respect and the experience he holds in all competitions would be an asset to the squad, on and off the field.
They may look at Pastore and see that Silva and him are too alike with sneijder bringing more to the squad as a whole?

I think Sneijder would be expected to play a slightly deeper role if he came with Silva in the hole, or Sneijder in the hole and Silva out wide cutting in?

Probably an attacking midfield like
Silva-----Sneijder-----Sanchez/Johnson
Yaya--------NDJ

So can Sneijder. He's known for being a damn good dribbler. He definitely can, but he's a lazy fuck 95% of time. Other 5% of the time he's magic.Sabster said:Pastore on the other hand can actually play out wide and beat a man.
