Yaya Toure

the sooner MJ is fit hopefully it will mean toure will be out the team till he proves he is worth a place

I thought he did ok. Some of his runs were powerful and against other teams not kicking at his ankles and pulling his shirt he will have more luck. Running into blind alleys because of a lack of support.

Falls on his arse and moans too much for my liking. Dust yourself down and get on with it lad.

Not as bad as some are making out. But needs to get his game going asap.

Tevez didnt do anything apart from make bad decisions with silly shooting and ignoring the players around him. Grafted hard as usual but wasnt anything near form

One thing conserving energy and not sprinting about but today he was an absolute passenger. I am sorry to say because apart for me he absolutely ran the show against West Brom. Clearly for me he can't play 2 games a week in such short space of time, his fitness levels are despicable for a professional player at this level. He needs to sort himself out vey quickly.

hes on fucking 200k a week!!! And your telling me it was because his fitness levels aren't good enough to play 2 games in 4 days. Behave!!

That shouldn't matter either really. You've got De Jong on less than half that and he still puts a shift in for team every single game he's called upon.

I'm sick of Yaya Toure and I hope Mancini has the balls to drop him and teach him a lesson. No work rate at all. He should be picking the ball up off the defence, knocking a ball and moving again. Picking it up again and playing another pass yet he occasionally makes a decent run past someone then strolls back. They played 4-5-1 tonight so there's no room for one of the centre mids to be lazy and slack off. Get into them and give them no time on the ball.

Made a few decent runs but doesn't put himself about enough for a guy his size, often outmuscled especially in the air.
I'm still waiting to be impressed by Milner, I thought Barry was one of the few to show any desire, even though it got him no-where. Dejong was by far our best midfielder but even he seemed subdued at times.

He was by far the best of that midfield trio tonight. Milner was utter dog-shite for 89 minutes and Barry is not a player for chasing a game.

Milner was off well before 89 minutes mate

I think some people are clouded by the 2 or 3 fruitless runs he made. He was constantly out of position on defence, leaving Barry and Nige struggling. His attempts to get back made Micah look like Usain Bolt.

Tevez was doing the work of 2 men, as it appeared Yaya was the advanced midfielder but offered very little. I really want him to come good, but 12 games in is a substantial part of the season, he needs to show his worth.
