Ah right, I hadn't spotted that. Fines are normally deducted at the time of the pay out.

I trust our owners will make them most welcome, that's how they are. I am sure the "9" won't be comfortable.

I recall West Ham hierarchy not showing up at our place a few years ago as there was no point as they would get well beaten - that's when you should show. Our owners annoy us with their perceived inaction, but dignity and humility always always to the fore

Absolutely. I had a plastic rag at breakfast saying exactly that. I said "If you were charged with murder and locked up before any trial but were innocent and every time you spoke to the police, they reported back to the family of the victim, the prosecution and the press - would you consider not commenting any further until court?"

He glazed over a bit and said something like "you must've done something dodgy".

It's like banging your head repeatedly against a brick wall. They all want to comment to say that we're cheats but when you point out we're not, then we must've done something. You explain it to them and it becomes boring. Well don't comment in the first place if you don't want to know why you're wrong.

I find this very worrying. As the question implicitly asks potential respondents to locate and read the full CAS report, "digest" it and then carefully weigh up the material it contains before, presumably after careful and profound thought, give a considered view, the fact that 85% of respondents have done all this and voted as they have, is deeply troubling. I would have felt better if I thought there were knee-jerk, prejudiced reactions among the 85% but as the responses are clearly the product of rigorous intellectual thought, I am very depressed.

Bear in mind though, that most of the readers of that thread will have been sent there by rag or dipper fan forums (all good city fans will have been blocked ages ago )

I know it's Nick Harris but didn't CAS very specifically say

1) UEFA didn't prove the time barred stuff regardless of it being time barred or not.

2) The obstruction did not lead to us not being found guilty (ie it was irrelevant and this is backed up by the fact we supplied everything asked for the de novo CAS review of the case)?
