i get that but always wonder why when they open a window for something everyone trys to clamber through in the forst few minutes, It's a renewal window so the seats are going anywhere.
 
Seriously ridiculous from City year on year when it comes to ticketing. The link on the home page just shows the info from Sunday and no details on relocation window, what happens if you defer (ie do you retain priority for your seat the following season), no info on Cup schemes or points, no information on how long you get to renew etc etc. Aside from the site problems its a basic rule to make sure the information is on the site before you launch the damn thing no?

You've got 8 days to renew mate, there's no rush. All will come out in the wash over the next few days.

We know how they run things in the ticket office so maybe not a rush now but there soon will be as they keep fucking it up
 
Would it not be easier for the club to allocate one week per stand for current season cards first to renew then move onto the next stand then finally allow seat relocation & then open up to new sales ?

just seems nuts to allow a free for all at once.

The staff on the phone then get the abuse due to poor communication & management.

no way Harry Kane putting up with this shit! :-)
