Sterling saved Southgate's bacon for the third time.
Play them together as "wing strikers" like Ronaldo or Mbappe.I'm as unconvinced by a striker Sterling as I am with Torres. Part of what gets Sterling his goals is his movement from wide areas. He can't really do that centrally, where his lack of strength (relative to most CBs) and indecisiveness would work against him.
He was the best player on the pitch.I thought Raheem made a few intelligent runs, cuts back inside to lay off and there’s no support there at all.
England beat Germany and the morons on HYS are more interested in slating our man than revelling in the victory.
He’s certainly strengthened his hand when it comes to contract negotiations with City. His value will never be higher after the euros. We either tie him down to a 5/6 year deal or sell high.
There’s 3 of them ? No wonder he was everywhere ;-)
will he be a City player next season?
Smartarse. There’s 3 of them ? No wonder he was everywhere ;-)

Yeah but it's Raheem, the credit is overdue, however it always seems to come with a 'but' where the media and fans are concerned. The pundits have started giving him credit and perhaps fans will start to realise just what he offers to us and England.
